Consulting & Screening Appointments

- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice

- Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited

Subscription Services

- Subscription services may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle

- Access continues through the end of the current billing period

- No future charges occur after cancellation confirmation
