Patrons Capital Inc. may, at a client’s request, provide referrals to independent third-party professionals or service providers in areas such as:

Referrals are provided solely for informational and convenience purposes.

Independence of Third Parties

All third-party service providers are:

• Independent entities

Patrons Capital Inc. does not:

• Supervise third-party work

• File documents or execute services on a client’s behalf

Clients engage third parties at their own discretion.

Clients are encouraged to:

• Conduct their own due diligence
• Review credentials and terms
• Ask questions before engaging any third party

Referral Compensation

In some cases, Patrons Capital Inc. may receive a referral fee or other form of compensation from a third-party provider.

• Any such compensation does not increase the client’s cost unless disclosed in writing
• Compensation does not influence the educational guidance or screening provided

Clients are not required to use any referred provider.

Client Responsibility

Clients retain full responsibility for:

• Selecting service providers
• Reviewing contracts and agreements
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Patrons Capital Inc. is not responsible for outcomes resulting from third-party engagements.
